Skanska AB has sold Skanska Peru to Confipetrol S.A.S.

Skanska AB has sold its operations in Peru, Skanska Peru, to Confipetrol S.A.S. for US$29 million.

Skanska Peru offers operation and maintenance as well as engineering and construction services mainly to the mining, oil and gas, energy and industry sectors.

Confipetrol is a Colombia-based company that offers operation and maintenance services in Colombia, Peru and Bolivia, mainly in the gas, mining, oil, petrochemical and Industrial sectors.

Headquartered in Sweden, Skanska is one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, concentrated on selected home markets in the Nordic countries, other European countries and in North America. Skanska Peru is the last part of former Skanska Latin America to be divested.

Oaklins' team in Peru acted as financial advisor for the seller in this transaction.

TotalEnergies and SHV Energy have sold PitPoint.LNG to ViGo Bioenergy

TotalEnergies and SHV Energy have agreed to sell PitPoint.LNG, a Netherlands-based operator of state-of-the-art LNG refueling stations, to ViGo Bioenergy, a Germany-based developer and operator of refueling stations for alternative fuels. With this strategic acquisition, ViGo Bioenergy expands its international station network for alternative fuels and strengthens its European bio-LNG position.

Sibelco has received strategic advisory related to the exit of a minority shareholder

SCR Sibelco has received strategic advisory related to the exit of a minority shareholder. Different options were considered. On 8 December 2023, Sibelco announced its intention to launch a share buyback program, via a tender offer, to acquire up to 18.94% of outstanding shares for a price of €6,850 per share and a total deal consideration of €609 million. The program offered liquidity optionality to the exiting shareholder, as well as other minority shareholders looking forward to crystallizing some value. Sibelco is delighted to pursue with its ambitious mid-term growth plan thanks to a refocused shareholder register and the support of the founding families.
