Sur Un Plateau has been acquired by a Private investor & Optimiz Group
The private shareholders of Sur Un Plateau have sold the company to a private investor and Optimiz Group. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Sur un Plateau is a furniture, table and chairs, kitchen and catering equipment hire specialist for the event and exhibition industry in the Paris area. Its clients include companies, organizations, associations, catering professionals and event management agencies. Sur un Plateau handles small and large projects with the same high level of quality service and professionalism.
Optimiz Group offers specialized business lines and services for corporate, institutional and sports events to provide turnkey solutions from consulting and design to staging the event itself. The company was created in 2003.
Oaklins' team in France acted as lead advisor to the seller in this process, including approach and negotiations with potential buyers until closing.
