Petromin Corporation has acquired Tristar KSA.

Petromin Corporation is a well-established and fast-growing automotive services and lubricants business in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), with market leadership in quick lube change outlets and in lubricants manufacturing, distribution and sales.

Tristar established its first service center in 1984 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Since then it has evolved into a major player in the Saudi automotive market with a workforce exceeding 400 well-trained employees spread over the four entities making up the Tristar Group: Saudi Automotive Transmission Company (SATCO), National Spare Parts Co., Qatar Automotive Service Co. and Tristar USA Inc.
