ARES International has completed a valuation to determine the Austrian foundation entry tax, as both founders are Austrian taxpayers.
Based in Liechtenstein, ARES International is a public limited company. Its activities include trading and financial transactions both for its own account and on behalf of third parties, as well as undertaking project management and development assignments of all kinds. The company is involved in the acquisition, sale, management and exploitation of patents and other intellectual property rights, and participates in companies or enterprises domestically and internationally. Additionally, ARES International offers consultancy services related to real estate issues in Liechtenstein and abroad. Its trading activities encompass a wide range of products and services, excluding those requiring a special statutory license from the Liechtenstein Financial Market Authority. The company’s purpose also includes undertaking any transactions related to its objectives, as well as other activities deemed beneficial to the company by the Board of Directors.
