Mark is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. With over 14 years’ experience in M&A advisory, he has led and completed over 25 deals in the human capital and recruitment sectors. He is exceptionally well networked among international strategic buyers and specializes in cross-border transactions. Recent deals he has advised on include the sale of assessment tech platform Sonru to ModernHire (USA), the sale of professional recruiter Sellick Partnership to Groupe-Samsic (France) and the sale of a majority stake in technical recruiter Orion Electrotech to TechnoPro Holdings (Japan).

Prior to joining the team in 2020, Mark held M&A advisory roles at human capital sector specialist M&A boutique Boxington and mid-market investment bank Alantra. He began his career as a derivatives trader focusing on US and European index futures and options. Mark graduated from Henley Business School, University of Reading with a BSc (Hons) in International Securities & Banking.
