Felipe Porzio

Managing Partner

Felipe is a managing partner at Oaklins LarrainVial in Chile. He has participated in a number of M&A transactions, IPOs, finance projects, debt issues, debt restructurings and bank syndicate loans.

Prior to joining Oaklins LarrainVial in 1997, Felipe spent two years at Consorcio Nacional de Seguros S.A. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a master’s in the science of management from Stanford University.
