Diversified Gas & Oil PLC has acquired Core Appalachia Holding Co LLC from TCFII Core LLC for a total consideration of approximately US$183 million.
Core Appalachia Holding is a producer and processor of natural gas in the Devonian region in the US, across 1.3 million net acres.
Diversified Gas & Oil is an independent gas and oil producer in the Appalachian Basin in the US.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as Nominated Advisor (Nomad) to DGO on the acquisitions and the share placing.
