McKesson Group has acquired PCB S.A.

McKesson Group, through its French subsidiary OCP SA, has acquired a stake in PCB S.A.

McKesson Group (formerly Celesio) is a large healthcare pharmaceutical wholesale company with operations in more than 16 countries.

PCB is the second largest pharmacy wholesaler is Belgium.

Oaklins' team in Belgium acted as advisor to the buyer in this transaction.
