Hugh Ripley

Hugh is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors, but has substantial experience in consumer and technology. His credentials comprise both buy-side and sell-side transaction mandates, management buy-outs, equity fundraising, debt refinancing, modeling and valuation work.

Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Hugh worked in the M&A team at BDO, where he advised on a number of M&A mandates through to completion. He graduated from the University of Exeter in 2013 with a 2:1 in economics and qualified as an associate chartered accountant in 2016.
