Parag is a partner at YES Securities (India) Limited, Oaklins’ member firm in India. With nearly two decades of strategy, fundraising and M&A experience, he has advised many clients in India and abroad. Parag focuses on the food & beverage, agriculture and consumer & retail sectors. Notable recent transactions include the sale of Rabo Equity Management Co.’s stake in Daawat Foods to Saudi Agricultural & Livestock Investment Company (SALIC), the sale of Pan India Food Solutions’ business (CBTL Master Franchise and Gelato Italiano) to Haldiram Bhujiawala, the sale of Charosa Wineries to Quintela Assets and Grover Zampa Vineyards, and the private equity fund raise in Massive Restaurants from Gaja Capital.

Prior to joining the firm, Parag held leadership positions in strategy and M&A teams at Reliance Industries and Godrej Industries. He has an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad.
