Associate Director

Paris is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She has over seven years’ M&A experience and has completed a number of sell-side and buy-side transactions in the technology sector. These include the sales of Alchemy Technology Services to NTT DATA, OLM Systems to Civica Group and Atech Support Limited to iomart Group plc.

Paris joined the firm in 2020. Prior to this, she spent time working in both the Clearwater International and Grant Thornton M&A teams. Paris graduated from King’s College London with a degree in French and Spanish, and is a qualified chartered accountant.
