Recent deals include the sale of a bakery chain to a private investor, the acquisition of a German automotive supplier by an industrial holding company and the sale of a rental group for a construction equipment to a strategic buyer.

Nikolaus joined Oaklins in 2020. He has had more than eight years of M&A experience at PwC and an independent investment banking boutique, supporting mid-market clients in buy-side and sell-side transactions. He studied international affairs at the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and St. Petersburg State University in Russia, and has a master’s degree.
