Vitor Moriguti

Associate

Vitor is an associate at Olimpia Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in Brazil. He actively works in all transaction stages, through market research, buyer list generation, valuations, pitch design and the production of marketing documentation. Vitor has participated in the execution of mergers and acquisitions across various sectors, such as the acquisition of Corsan by Aegea, the sale of a minority stake in Aegea to Itaúsa, the sale of Grand Cru to Evino and the acquisition of the port concession Tersab (Terminal Salineiro de Areia Branca) in Rio Grande do Norte by Intermarítima Portos e Logística.

Prior to joining Olimpia Partners in 2019, Vitor worked at BTG Pactual. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Escola Politécnica USP.
