Tsue Chong Company, Inc. has been acquired by SAVr Foods LLC

The private shareholders of the Tsue Chong Company have sold it to SAVr Foods LLC. Financial details have not been disclosed.

For over 100 years, the Tsue Chong Company has manufactured and distributed its Rose Brand Chinese noodles and other ethnic food items to Asian restaurants and grocery stores in the Pacific Northwest (Washington, Idaho, Montana and Oregon). The company is owned and operated by the fourth generation members of the founding Louie family.

SAVr Foods is a distributor of Asian food products in the Pacific Northwest.

Oaklins' team in Seatle advised the seller in this transaction. Following an extensive sale process which included contacting both strategic and private equity acquirors, the company was sold to a strategic acquiror with extensive experience in the client company's industry.
