Ayty Tech has been acquired by Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes

The private shareholders of Ayty Tech have sold the company to Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes.

Ayty Tech is a Brazilian SaaS company focused on customer experience and digital transformation. The company is headquartered in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, and was founded in 2008 by experienced IT professionals who, having experienced the call center’s daily life, knew and understood the real demands of the sector. Ayty’s first product was focused on CRM and the company was named Ayty CRM. In 2016, the firm decided to focus on diverse relationship solutions between companies and customers and on products applicable to various markets. It changed its name to Ayty Tech.

Founded in 2009, Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes focuses on customer relationship management, providing specialized services to national companies, including customer service, telesales and collection operations. The company has operating sites in four cities, with over 10,000 employees.

With the transaction, Ayty Tech expects to capture commercial synergies through the cross-selling of its products with Flex’s customer base, in addition to strengthening its service capacity, capital structure and corporate governance, providing even higher quality services to its clients in Brazil and Latin America.

Oaklins’ team in Brazil advised Ayty Tech on its sale to Flex Relacionamentos Inteligentes, partially owned by Stratus Group, a private equity firm.
