Nicole is an associate at Oaklins Netherlands. Recent M&A transactions she has worked on include the sale of Qbit Cyber Security to Eurofins and the sale of EMMA Safety Footwear to Hultafors Group as well as deals in the SaaS, chemicals distribution, human resources and defense sectors.

Nicole joined Oaklins Netherlands in 2017 after completing an M&A and debt advisory internship at KPMG Corporate Finance and a management consulting internship at PwC. She has a master’s in financial economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
