Decora has been acquired by CreativeDrive
The shareholders of Decora have sold the company to CreativeDrive, a global content creation company which operates over 150 production studios around the world. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Decora, founded in Brazil in 2012, is an accelerated CGI (Computer Generated Images) engine which serves marquee retailers in both the US and Latin America. The company has streamlined the creation of 3D product models and hyper-realistic CGI scenes and created the most scalable solutions available to marketers to date. Decora offers clients product imagery, visual scenes, 360-degree videos and augmented reality ready files making content future proof for today and tomorrow’s consumer engagements.
Headquartered in New York, CreativeDrive provides an online content creation and marketing solutions platform. It offers myCreativeDrive, a content integration software platform, brand and content strategy, photography, and video content creation services. It caters to merchandise retail, fashion apparel and accessories, and consumer product goods markets.
