High Road Capital Partners has sold Cali Bamboo Holdings, Inc. (Cali) to Victoria PLC.
Headquartered in San Diego, California, Cali is a highly disruptive, online-first, omni-channel platform offering a range of innovative, branded flooring, decking and home décor products. Cali’s omni-channel coverage enables the company to sell direct to consumers or trade professionals, as well as through flooring dealers, specialty retailers and home centers.
Based in Kidderminster, England, and with a market capitalization of over US$1.6 billion, Victoria PLC is a leading designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative floor covering products, including carpeting, ceramics, artificial turf and luxury vinyl plank flooring.
High Road Capital Partners is a New York-based private equity firm that focuses on buying and building leading companies in the middle market.
One of Oaklins’ teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to Cali Bamboo Holdings, Inc., a portfolio company of High Road Capital Partners.
