Jussi is a senior advisor at Oaklins Merasco in Finland. With over 15 years of hands-on experience in helping technology companies, entrepreneurs and private equity firms in buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, Jussi has considerable expertise and competence in guiding clients through the next chapter of their business. In addition to mergers & acquisitions, his projects have covered growth strategy and post-transaction integration.

Jussi started his career in M&A as a co-founder of Gearshift Group Oy in 2002, joining the Oaklins team in 2020 when Gearshift Group’s M&A business was merged with Oaklins Merasco. Jussi has a PhD from the Helsinki University of Technology (Aalto University).
