Reinis Ozols

Associate Director

Reinis is an associate director at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. He has worked on a wide range of M&A and capital raising transactions as well as strategic reviews and valuations. His focus is on the TMT, healthcare, manufacturing, retail and agriculture sectors. Recent M&A clients he has advised include the owners of Domenikss on their sale to Veho, one of the Norwegian state investment funds on their exit from Baltic Pork and Capital’s management team on their MBO. On debt raisings, he has worked with clients such as Domenikss and Discover Cars. He has also advised clients such as Piena Ceļš, Mārupes Grupa and Clean R on strategy and valuation.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Reinis was an analyst at a regional investment bank, where he was involved in M&A and capital raising deals, and responsible for analysis and deal support. Reinis has a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
