Grupo ACS has been acquired by Engie SA
The shareholders of Grupo ACS have sold the company to Engie SA for US$30 million.
Founded in Brazil in 1968, Grupo ACS is an energy efficient company servicing the construction and service industries worldwide. ACS offers services like remote monitoring of energy consumption as well as water, temperature and gas monitoring.
Engie SA, formerly GDF Suez SA, is a France-based, is a global energy player and an expert operator in electricity, natural gas and energy services. The group develops its businesses around a model based on responsible growth to take on the major challenges of energy’s transition to a low-carbon economy: access to sustainable energy, climate change mitigation and adaptation, security of supply and the rational use of resources.
