FCR Media Baltics has sold FCR Media Lietuva UAB to YNOT Media. Financial details have not been disclosed.

FFCR Media Lietuva is a company with more than 20 years of experience in the market of advertising services and business information dissemination through digital channels. FCR Media Lietuva was the first authorized Google AdWords service distributor in the Baltic countries. The firm's three primary business activities include: digital marketing services (SEO, SEA, Google display network, social media ads, web/mobile solutions), online yellow pages, and business process outsourcing (call center services).

YNOT Media is a digital advertising agency specialising in performance marketing, e-commerce marketing and ad-tech solutions. YNOT Media conducts business on a global scale and has already gained international recognition.

FCR Media Baltics is a group of digital media companies facilitating commerce and relationships for businesses in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia and Belgium. It has more than ten offices in five countries, employing approximately 500 highly skilled professionals. The Group is backed by BaltCap, a premiere private equity fund manager in the Baltics.
