Miks Ulmanis

Associate

Miks is an associate at Oaklins Baltics in Riga. He has worked on M&A projects in various industries, most notably in e-commerce, forestry, retail and utilities.

Prior to joining the team, Miks worked in the financial brokerage industry in Latvia as a senior investment analyst focusing on fund formation and structuring, fundraising and investment management, with a focus on real estate, fintech and cryptocurrency investments. He also worked as a senior consultant at a Big Four firm in Latvia, where he was involved in M&A and business valuations. Miks has a BSc in Finance with Management from the University of Westminster and an MSc in Investment Management from Cass Business School.
