Sam Daneels

Senior Associate

Sam is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. With more than five years of experience in corporate finance, he has gained know-how in sectors such as TMT, industrials, real estate and healthcare. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the partial demerger of DEME and CFE, the sale of ESC to Capital A, the merger between Leasinvest and Extensa, the sale of a minority stake in Orange Belgium to Orange Group, the sale of a minority stake in RTL Belgium to RTL Group and the acquisition of Informatica El Corte Ingles by GFI Informatique.

Prior to joining Oaklins KBC Securities in 2021, Sam worked at Degroof Petercam in the corporate finance team and at Société Générale in the TMT investment banking team. He has a master’s in applied economics from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School.
