Senior Associate

Geoff is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has worked across numerous sectors but has typically focused on technology and healthcare, having executed a number of transactions in these areas in recent years. Transactions he has advised on include the sales of Atech Support to iomart, Creative ITC to LDC and Arculus Cyber Security to Bridewell.

Prior to joining the firm, Geoff worked at PwC and the boutique M&A advisory firm Capnua. He graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a Bachelor of Business Studies in 2018 and qualified as a chartered accountant in 2022.
