The shareholders of Opus have sold the company to Grupo Cless. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Opus develops, produces and distributes cosmetic products with main focus on hair care and wipes. The company operates in all stages of the production process, from packaging development to the delivery of the finish product. Distribution is made by outsourced companies.
Based in Brazil, Grupo Cless, a portfolio company of One Equity Partners, is the owner of renowned and consolidated cosmetic brands such as Charming, Lightner and Care Liss.
