Casa do Adubo has received growth capital investment from Axxon Group
The private shareholders of Casa do Adubo have sold a stake in the company to Axxon Group for an undisclosed consideration.
Founded 80 years ago, Casa do Adubo is one of the main agricultural input distributors in Brazil specializing in small and medium producers. The company operates through 21 stores, distribution in the wholesales market and special sales through external sellers.
Founded in 2001, Axxon is an exclusive private equity investment group focused on generating value in medium-sized companies in Brazil.
