Fortgreen has sold a majority stake to Origin Enterprises plc
The shareholders of Fortgreen have sold a majority stake in the company to Origin Enterprises plc. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Founded in 2004, Fortgreen is focused on the development of specialty fertilizers and has become a reference in nutrition, plant physiology and application technology. The company markets its products and services and is committed to the success of its partnership with farmers.
Origin is listed on the ESM and AIM markets of the Irish and London Stock Exchanges respectively and is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The group's main focus is to be the leading provider of value-added services, technologies and strategic inputs that support the delivery of sustainable and profitable food production solutions for primary producers. Origin has operations in Ireland, the UK, Ukraine, Poland, Romania, Belgium and Brazil.
