Budget Energy has been acquired by Flogas (DCC plc)
The owner of Budget Energy has sold the company to Flogas (DCC plc).
Budget Energy is the leading independent supplier of pre-pay and bill-pay electricity in Northern Ireland. The company was established in 2010 and serves circa 90,000 customers on the island of Ireland.
A DCC subsidiary, Flogas supplies natural gas, LPG and electricity to customers across the island of Ireland. DCC plc is a leading Irish multinational with interests in LPG, retail and oil, healthcare and technology.
