Senior Associate

James is a senior associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He works across a range of sectors, with a focus on consumer, business services and aviation. A recent transaction he was involved in was the 30% stake sale of Responsible Group to Royal London.

Prior to joining the firm, James worked for the Grant Thornton UK LLP audit and assurance department in London before joining the corporate finance team in 2017. During his time there, James was directly involved in a number of M&A assignments, including buy- and sell-side transactions, as well as IPOs.
