Conor Pritchard

Analyst

Conor is an analyst at Oaklins Smith & Williamson, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. His focus is on the preparation of pitch documents, sales materials and supporting clients throughout the transaction process. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Westminster Homecare to Care at Home Services; the sale of Sens-Tech, a manufacturer of specialist X-ray components to industries, including medical/healthcare, to discoverIE plc; and the sale of Millbrook Healthcare, a nationwide provider of medical equipment, assessment and home-based services, to Cairngorm Capital.

Before joining the firm, Conor worked in the restructuring team at Grant Thornton, which involved supporting clients in financial distress covering the banking and finance sectors. He also gained experience through his completion of an internship at Palatine Private Equity, focusing on both deal origination and transaction support. Conor has a BA in Business Management from the University of Leeds and is a chartered accountant.
