Amulex has sold a 25% stake to iTech Capital
The shareholders of Amulex have sold a 25% stake in the company to iTech Capital. This is the first transaction of this kind in the Russian market, opening new opportunities for Russian and foreign companies to implement LegalTech solutions. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Amulex is the leading remote legal services provider in Russia. Founded in 2010, the company is a pioneer in the Russian market to provide 24/7 legal assistance online. The firm's clients can benefit from phone consultations with lawyers, receive legal opinions on a vast range of issues and get full support in court cases. Amulex has more than one million clients in Russia and overseas and handles over 1,000 calls daily.
iTech Capital is a Russian private equity and venture capital firm specializing in investments in growth capital in the later stages of development in the FinTech, IoT, AI, big data, online travel, SaaS, AdTech and CryptoTech sectors. It seeks to invest in those companies that operate in the Internet sector and financial services, digital, and companies that offer business processing solutions.
