Brown & Co. has been acquired by Entuitive
The owners of Brown & Co. have sold the company to Entuitive, a Canadian engineering consulting services company.
Brown & Co. is a structural engineering consulting firm offering services in a diverse range of permanent and temporary projects. Founded in 2002 by Stephen Brown, the firm specializes in bridge and construction engineering, commercial and residential buildings, as well as auto dealerships and timber construction.
Founded in 2011, Entuitive is a consulting engineering practice with moret han 240 employees operating in seven offices across Canada, the UK and US.
Oaklins’ team in Canada acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Brown & Co. After a broad canvas of the industry involving strategic buyers in an auction-style process, the shareholders selected Entuitive.
