Bastien is a director at Oaklins E. Canada with 10 years of experience in managing and advising businesses on operational and financial strategy as well as performance optimization. He specializes in the manufacturing sector, having worked in and completed over 25 assignments across a diversified set of industries, such as food processing, aerospace, oil & gas, pulp & paper, corrugated board, furniture manufacturing, armored truck manufacturing, plastics transformation, metals transformation, transportation & logistics and electric heating.

Prior to joining Oaklins and following a few years in consulting, Bastien worked at CAD Railway Industries, where he was in charge of operations and supporting the M&A strategy. Bastien has an MSc in Strategy and a bachelor’s degree in finance, both from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal.
