Senior Associate

Patrick is a senior associate at Oaklins Canada, advising clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions in the mid-market. His transaction experience includes supporting private equity and corporate clients on healthcare rollups, cross-border acquisitions in the industrials sector and consumer-focused divestitures.

Patrick joined Oaklins Canada in 2025. Prior to this, he worked in the corporate finance practice at MNP, in transaction advisory at BDO and in financial due diligence at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton, where he supported private equity and corporate clients on acquisitions, divestitures and strategic reviews. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics, with a minor in business management, from Dalhousie University and has successfully passed the CFA Level I exam.
