Michael Bauman

Associate Director

Michael is an associate director at Oaklins TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process. Michael has completed numerous transactions and advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors and family and founder-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the industrial, business services and consumer products sectors, and is the co-author of Oaklins TM Capital’s Equipment Rental & Dealer Sector Spotlight. Recent notable transactions include the sales of Rental One, Brownie Brittle and Pebble Technology.

Michael joined the firm in 2016 as an analyst. He graduated from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and has a BBA, with concentrations in finance and strategy & management consulting.
