Andy is an associate at Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips in New York. He has advised sell-side clients on both strategic and private equity acquisitions spanning the US and Europe. Andy has deal experience across the TMT, healthcare, business support services and private equity sectors. His notable deals include Purpose’s acquisition by Capgemini (PAR: CAP), Versalinx’s acquisition by DuckerFrontier, Profession Media Group’s acquisition by LRP Conferences and Panjiva’s acquisition by S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI). In addition to his M&A duties, Andy also leads Oaklins DeSilva+Phillips’ marketing efforts as the firm’s brand manager.
Previously, Andy was a financial manager at a private family office in New York City, where he used consultative practices to trim and track expenses for an ultra-high net-worth family. He has a BSc in Psychology from Haverford College and was an exchange student at the Danish Institute for Study Abroad.
