Cédric is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. He has done multiple M&A and ECM transactions across various industries. Notable deals he has recently advised on include the rights issue of Elia, the sale of a minority stake in Drylock Technologies to Sofina, the sale of Kunstmaan to Accenture, the re-IPO of VGP, the IPO of Balta and the private fundraisings for Aldea Vastgoed.

Cédric joined the corporate finance team in 2014. Prior to this, he completed a syndicated debt placement internship at KBC Bank. Cédric has a master's in commercial sciences, with a specialization in finance and risk.
