Nicolas is an associate at APOYO Finanzas Corporativas, Oaklins’ member firm in Peru. Recent M&A transactions he has worked on include the sale of 100% of Todinno’s shares to Molitalia, the Peruvian subsidary of Carozzi S.A., and the sale of Avansys, from Grupo El Comercio (80%) and International Finance Corporation – IFC (20%), to Laureate International Universities, a listed company on the NYSE, as well as deals in the infrastructure, healthcare services and automotive retail sectors.

Nicolas joined APOYO in 2017 after completing an investment internship at AFP Integra, the biggest pension fund in Peru. He has a BA in Economics from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru.
