Andrey is a managing director at Oaklins LATUM in Russia. He has more than 10 years’ corporate finance and M&A experience. Andrey specializes in fundraising, M&A transactions and strategic advisory services, with a focus on aerospace, business services, financial institutions, healthcare, retail and lumber production. Notable transactions he has advised on include the acquisition of a hydrometallurgical plant in the Stavropolsky region; the venture funding for Aquila Space, a nano satellite manufacturer; the equity raising for Dauria Aerospace; and the sale of an equity stake in Amulex (legal technology services).

Prior to joining Oaklins LATUM, Andrey worked in the corporate departments of Sberbank and Citibank.
