Nicolas is a senior associate at APOYO Finanzas Corporativas, Oaklins’ member firm in Peru. Recent M&A transactions he has worked on include Macrocapitales’ sale of a 33.33% stake in Hass Peru to the controlling shareholders of the company for US$21 million; the sale of 100% of Todinno’s shares to Molitalia, the Peruvian subsidiary of Carozzi S.A., for US$40.5 million; and the sale of Avansys, from Grupo El Comercio (80%) and International Finance Corporation – IFC (20%), to Laureate International Universities, a listed company on the NYSE. Nicolas has also been involved in deals in the infrastructure, healthcare services, automotive retail and consumer goods sectors, and has extensive experience in financial advisory work and the preparation of valuation reports, with relevant expertise in poultry, agriculture, education and telecommunications.

Nicolas joined APOYO in 2017 after completing an investment internship at AFP Integra, the biggest pension fund in Peru. He has a BA in Economics from the Universidad del Pacifico in Peru.
