Leach-Lewis Limited, based in the UK, has sold Motivair Compressors Limited to a private individual. Financial details of this transaction have not been disclosed.

Motivair Compressors Limited is a compressed air provider, offering a range of products and services, from the design and installation of new compressors and compressed air equipment, through to ongoing compressor service and maintenance.

Leach-Lewis Limited is a holding company and through its subsidiaries distributes construction machinery and equipment, air compressors, and vacuum pumps. The company also offers hire purchase and finance leasing services.

Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK, acted as advisor to the seller in this transaction, providing also taxation services.
