Xpanxion, LLC has been acquired by UST Global, Inc.

US-based Xpanxion, LLC has been sold to UST Global, Inc., a leading provider of IT services and solutions for Global 1000 companies. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Founded in 1997 and headquartered in Atlanta (Georgia), with operations in Loup City and Kearney (Nebraska), and Pune (India), Xpanxion, LLC provides IT consulting, and software and business process outsourcing (BPO) services. The company serves companies and small to mid-sized organizations in the United States and internationally.

UST Global, Inc. offers consulting, technology build, application and infrastructure management, quality assurance and testing, business process outsourcing, product engineering, smart+connected communities, mobility, and smarter cities services. It also offers uDispatch, a solution that provides real time GPS location tracking, and iSales, a mobile solution for field sales. In addition, the company also offers IT portfolio analysis services that provide a set of findings and prioritized application rationalization initiatives. UST Global, Inc. has strategic partnerships with Netezza and Blumberg Capital.

One of Oaklins' teams in the USA served as the exclusive financial advisor to the seller in this transaction.
