Yunbo Digital Synergy Group Limited, an investment holding company, is engaged in the provision of system integration and other value-added technical consultation services, as well as hardware-related business in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. It operates through hardware, software, and services segments. The company also develops integrated online platforms for distribution of mobile products and online network systems.
Magic Hour Holdings Ltd., incorporated in 2009 and based in British Virgin Islands, operates as an investment holding company. it is wholly-owned by Mr. Chan Foo Wing, who is also a controlling shareholder of Yunbo Digital Synergy Group Ltd.
