Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles has been acquired by Esteem Media, Inc.

Network Communications, Inc., based in the US, has sold Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles as well as the Design Bloggers Conference and Garden Bloggers Conference to Adam Japko, President of Network Communications, Inc. (NCI)'s Luxury Home Design Division and DigitalSherpa, and his newly established, Esteem Media, Inc. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Founded in 1983, is the city's only home and garden magazine, serving as the definitive guide to Atlanta style while heavily supporting the design community.

Based in Boston, Esteem Media, Inc. has luxury media brands for engaged online and offline communities.

For over 35 years, Network Communications, Inc. (NCI) has been a market leader in the real estate information and media sector. In addition to its strong position in the multi-family rental market, NCI also enjoys a leading position in the real estate and home design segments, serving them with a robust portfolio of magazines, custom publishing, marketing services and events.
