Lyons HR has acquired AdminHR, LLC

Lyons HR, based in Gadsden, Alabama, has acquired AdminHR, LLC for an undisclosed consideration.

Lyons HR is a full-service human resources company serving clients through its PEO and staffing divisions. The company is accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) and is one of only 36 companies in the industry with ESAC accreditation. As a result of its acquisition of AdminHR, Lyons HR has expanded to nine offices across the states of North Carolina, Alabama and Tennessee.

AdminHR, LLC, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a professional employer organization (PEO) providing comprehensive human resources services for the small to mid-sized business market.
