UAB Busto Valda has acquired Jurmalas Namsaimnieks SIA

UAB Busto Valda has acquired Jurmalas Namsaimnieks SIA through a privatization process launched by the Jurmala City Municipality. Total value of this transaction was US$4.35 million.

UAB Busto Valda belongs to a Civinity group. The group is engaged in household administration and facility management to private houses, housing cooperatives and municipal clients.

Jurmalas Namsaimnieks is a facility management and household administration company providing administration services to individual households, housing cooperatives, commercial clients and municipality.

Oaklins' team in Estonia acted as the exclusive advisor to the buyer through the privatization process launched by the Jurmala City Municipality (Latvia), providing valuation opinion and originating the financing package to implement the acquisition.
