Sabtech Industries, Inc. has been acquired by Michael Carter

The shareholders of Sabtech Industries, Inc, based in Southern California, have sold the company to Michael Carter, the company's Chief Executive Officer. Financial details have not been disclosed.

Sabtech Industries, Inc. designs, manufactures and supports specialty data communications solutions for military and government agencies, as well as for industrial applications.

Oaklins' aerospace & defense specialist team in California served as the exclusive financial advisor to Sabtech Industries' shareholders in this transaction.
