The management of Sinus Elektro AS has sold the company to Sinus Elektro Holding AS through an MBO.
Sinus Elektro AS is a supplier within the electrical installation services to both private and public sectors. The services are delivered within segments as heavy current, low current, automation and power plants. The company also owns a smaller Euronics store (electrical commodity shop).
