Stirling Dynamics Limited has been acquired by Enact Fund
The private shareholders of Stirling Dynamics Limited have sold the company to Enact Fund. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Stirling Dynamics provides technical engineering services and control system technology into the aerospace, marine, energy, and training and simulation market sectors.
Enact fund is administered by Endless LLP., a UK-based private equity investor which looks to support buyouts, non-core acquisitions from larger groups, turnarounds and financial restructurings. Endless LLP is focused on UK businesses with a turnover between US$15 million and US$1.5 billion and currently have approximately US$1.5 billion funds under management.
Oaklins Smith & Williamson, based in the UK., advised the seller in this transaction.
